All American Do It Center will send an email response when the order is ready for pickup. Orders that are received on the weekends or holidays will be processed in the order they were received on the next business day.

You may cancel your order for standard stock items at any time prior to pickup or delivery. Non-stock orders, custom or special orders must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable.
You can return your purchase up to 30 days from the date of invoice. Proof of purchase from All American Do It Center is required for all returns. Final sale products, bargain bin, or special order items cannot be returned.

All American Do It Center can deliver to local job sites. Ask about our delivery services and fees at the time of order If you receive an order that arrives damaged or incomplete please contact the All American Do It Center that order was placed through immediately upon receiving the delivery. Claims must be made within two business days.
